Sounds simple enough?\r\n\r\nThe\u00a0<strong>Board<\/strong>\u00a0is a place where we put in facts and information about projects and tasks that we are planning to implement.\r\n\r\nIt\u2019s a collection of all that we have thought of and are thinking to do.\r\n\r\nThere are different types of boards which can be created to suit your need:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Private<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Public<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Team.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nOnce the board is created you can assemble your tasks in an organized way that makes it look doable and maybe motivates you to get done with them soon.\r\n\r\nIt\u2019s a montage of all that we have thought of and are thinking to do.\r\n\r\nWe use\u00a0<strong>Lists<\/strong>\u00a0which are akin to any other to-do list in which we enumerate and demarcate the progress of tasks.\r\n\r\nSo to make things easier we divide the progress of a task like \u2018to do\u2019, \u2018in progress\u2019 and \u2018finished\u2019.\r\n\r\nThis keeps us on our toes as we pace up to hit \u2018finish\u2019 before the other teams do.\r\n\r\nSimilar to your usual placards, we use\u00a0<strong>Cards<\/strong>\u00a0to pen down ideas, tips and tricks.\r\n\r\nUsually brief, cards are like catchy phrases and you can tumble in more of those occasional creative insights and implement it whenever you can.\r\n\r\nYou can drag and drop cards according to your priorities and keep on adding more without counting numbers.\r\n\r\nForgetful of your usual sticky notes?\r\n\r\nNo worries you can search and skim through them all, this app has it all saved.\r\n\r\nThe\u00a0<strong>Menu<\/strong>\u00a0is this place where you can manage team members, their activities and what\u2019s going on in the company as a collective.\r\n\r\nNeedless to specify this the place to manage members, configure and filter cards and lists.
